We collect only what is necessary:

• Email address — when you subscribe to the newsletter via our subscribe form.
• Account data — if you sign in via Google OAuth: your name, email, and profile picture as returned by Google.
• Usage data — standard server logs (IP address, browser, page visited, timestamp). We do not use third-party analytics trackers.

• Send a one-time welcome email when you subscribe.
• Authenticate your account session.
• Debug errors and maintain site stability.

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing.

Sign-in is powered by Google OAuth 2.0. When you authenticate, we receive only the scopes you grant: your name, email, and profile picture. We store these in our database (Neon Postgres) to maintain your session. We do not request access to Gmail, Drive, or any other Google service.

You can revoke our access at any time via myaccount.google.com/permissions.

We set a single session cookie (HttpOnly, Secure) to keep you signed in. No advertising cookies. No cross-site tracking.

Subscriber emails are retained until you unsubscribe. Account data is retained until you request deletion. Server logs are auto-purged after 30 days.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing official@navibyte.in. We will respond within 30 days.

We use the following processors:

• Neon — database hosting (EU/US region).
• Resend — transactional email delivery.
• Vercel — hosting and edge infrastructure.
• Google — OAuth authentication provider.

Each is bound by their own privacy policies.

We may update this policy. The effective date at the top will reflect the latest revision. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance.
